Pupils from our Rainbow Room, Little Stars Room, Nursery, P1 - P7 classes and our School Choir will be performing. The service starts at 10.30am in Ballysillan Presbyterian Church.  All parents are very welcome........

P4 Make Anderson Shelters - Shared Education

Today we enjoyed a visit from Holy Cross Girls' Primary School.

As we are all learning about World World II, we used various materials, such as Construct-A-Den, chairs, crates, bamboo and tarpaulin to make our own Anderson shelters inside (as it was very icy outside!).

We then tested the effectiveness of the shelters by shining lights inside them, hoping that we could not see light from the outside! 

It was a great success.

We ended our visit with a beanbag war, Germany Vs USA... USA defeated Germany 9-7!!!
